Martin Duplantier, DDS
Clinical Assistant Professor
Dr. Martin J. Duplantier is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina in 2013. He then went on to receive his dental degree at LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans in 2017.
Dr. Duplantier completed his Oral and Maxillofacial residency at Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2021. Following his residency, he specialized further through a fellowship training in Adult and Pediatric Advanced Craniomaxillofacial and Trauma Surgery at Legacy Emanuel Hospital and Randall’s Children’s Hospital in Portland, Oregon.
Today, he resides in Thibodaux, Louisiana with his wife and daughter. He practices at the Oral Facial Surgery Center with locations in Houma, Thibodaux, and Morgan City. In addition to private practice, he also holds privileges at Thibodaux Regional Health Hospital. Due to his commitment to education and his community, he also serves as part time faculty at LSU Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in New Orleans.
