Charles G. Hornsby, DDS

Charles “Grady” Hornsby DDS, a native of Denham Springs, Louisiana, is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He attended the LSU School of Dentistry and received his degree in 1975. After graduating, Dr. Hornsby began a three-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at LSU School of Dentistry. He has been in private practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana since 1978.
Dr. Hornsby is presently a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is on staff at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Earl K. Long Hospital, both of which are located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. Hornsby regularly lectures for the local dental population. He is the Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at EKL Hospital in Baton Rouge. LSU OMS treats all facial trauma at the hospital and provides a significant amount of pathology and reconstruction, facial deformities, and cosmetic surgery for the LSU residents.
Dr. Hornsby is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Sixth District Dental Association, Louisiana Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Southeastern Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, and the Louisiana Dental Association. He is also a member of the C. Edmund Kells Society.
