Students are also
required to carry
hospitalization
insurance. If the
student has alternate
insurance coverage from
other resources, the
student must sign a
waiver. The restricted
license fee for
postgraduate students
who do not have a
Louisiana license is
$225.00 per year. Oral
and maxillofacial
surgery and general
practice residency
programs are exempted
from the tuition and
activity fee.
