From The East
Take I-10 West until the I-610 split just on the other side of the high-rise bridge. Travel on I-610 West towards Baton Rouge. Take the Paris Ave. Exit. Turn left onto Paris Ave and travel under the I-610 underpass. At the first traffic signal, turn right onto Gentilly Blvd. Stay in the right lane and at the next light, turn right onto St. Bernard Ave. About a block down you will see the LSU School of Dentistry sign on the median (neutral ground). Take the left turn lane (before the railroad underpass). Turn left on to Florida Ave. Continue on this road. The Dental School will be on your left. See parking instructions below.

From Downtown
Take Canal Street away from the river until you reach Carrollton Ave. Turn right on Carrollton. When you reach City Park (on your left), you will see Bayou St. John on your right. Before the next traffic signal, turn right on DeSaix Blvd. Cross over Bayou St. John and immediately turn left onto Moss Street. Moss Street runs into Florida Avenue. From The West
Take I-10 to the I-610 split, and take I-610 to the St. Bernard Ave. exit. At St. Bernard Ave., turn right and pass under the railroad overpass. Take the next right onto Florida Ave. Continue on this road. The Dental School will be on your left. See parking instructions below.

From The West Bank
Cross the river over the Crescent City Connection bridge. Take the Metairie Road Exit. Turn right on City Park Ave. When you reach Wisner Blvd., turn left. Before the next traffic signal, turn right on DeSaix Blvd. Cross over Bayou St. John and immediately turn left onto Moss Street. Moss Street runs into Florida Avenue. Free Parking
Across the street from the dental school (on the side of Florida Avenue with the railroad tracks) is a lot providing free parking for visitors and patients.

Handicapped Access
The dental school offers handicap access and parking in the visitors' parking lot on the north side of Florida Avenue. To enter the building from the parking lot, turn left on the sidewalk in front of the building, then turn right alongside the service parking lot and enter the ramp off the sidewalk.
